License

This page sets out the terms of use for the 3D models and the Blender add-on "Mecha Kit" sold and distributed by Resolvai (the "Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading or otherwise starting to use an item, you agree to this page and to the license that applies to that item.

1. 3D models (props and figures)

3D models are licensed under the "Resolvai 3D Model License" based on the VN3 License (the "License"). The full text is in the PDFs included with each item (Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese). If this page and the License differ, the License (Japanese version) prevails.

  1. Use by individuals and corporations is permitted, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
  2. Uploading to social communication platforms such as VRChat and to online game platforms is permitted, including uploads that let third parties use the model.
  3. Adjustment and modification, and outsourcing them to third parties, are permitted.
  4. Distribution of unmodified and modified data is permitted on the condition that recipients are bound by the License.
  5. Distribution or sale as part of a game, world, avatar or other work made by you is permitted, whether paid or free.
  6. Use in videos, streams, broadcasts, print and digital publications, and embedding in software are permitted.
  7. Use in sexual content is permitted. Use in violent content is permitted provided it is appropriately zoned.
  8. For use on physical goods, please contact the Licensor in advance.
  9. The following are prohibited: (1) distributing or selling the data or modified data on its own, for commercial purposes, without incorporating it into a work; (2) use in political or religious activities (except private use); (3) transferring the rights and obligations under the License.
  10. Credit is not required.

2. Mecha Kit (Blender add-on)

  1. The add-on program is provided under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later). Modification and redistribution must follow that license.
  2. Meshes, images and other output made with the add-on may be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including distribution or sale as assets. Credit is not required.

3. Disclaimer

  1. All items are provided as is. The Licensor makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights or absence of defects.
  2. The Licensor is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, any item.
